Description
Il Sussurro is an intense, multi-layered Cabernet Sauvignon, a bright ruby red in colour. It seduces the nose with fine yet intense sensations of red fruit, followed by an elegant spicy profile. In the mouth it is generous and vigorous, with silky-smooth tannins that fill the palate leading to a finish of dark chocolate and tobacco.
Excellent with meat-based dishes, also perfect with refined, delicately flavoured cheeses.
Cabernet sauvignon alone, from grapes harvested strictly by hand. An elegant, powerful red with a complex fruity and spicy profile, aged in French oak barrels for at least 12 months before resting another 8 months in the bottle.
