The intense, seductive, sunny scents of the Mediterranean make this an immense, complex wine on the palate, offering the perfect balance of sweet, savoury and smooth notes. A particularly long, thrilling finish that never seems to fade.
Outstanding as a meditation wine, Sette Carati is perfect with aged cheeses, dry pastries, cakes made with dried fruit and nuts, or top-quality dark chocolate.
Made from carefully selected native grape varietals, this wine confirms its aptitude for excellence with its unique combination of sweetness and freshness. The grapes are dried on racks for 3 months. Ageing is based on a masterful, meticulously handcrafted process. A sweet wine aged 8 years in 7 barrels made from 7 different types of wood.
