An intense amber in colour, with pleasing scents of ripe fruit and citrus and an elegant mineral note on the nose and in the mouth. Mellow and fruity on the palate, supported by a pleasing savouriness.
Excellent with seafood, raw fish, sushi and aged cheeses. Goes very well with slightly spicy vegetarian dishes.
Produced in only 1.000 bottles and made from carefully selected top quality Vernaccia grapes, this is a highly original Orange Wine fermented in contact with the skins for 60 days in Terracotta Amphora, followed by 12 months of ageing.
