Ruby red with violet reflections. Fresh and lively on the nose, distinguished by intense scents of cherry and wild berries. Structured and balanced in the mouth, guided by well-proportioned, velvety tannins, with great persistence and a pleasantly mineral finish.
Perfect with red meats, spicy vegetable dishes and mushrooms, it is also excellent with medium-aged cheeses.
Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Malvasia grapes come together in the perfect union of our harmonious Chianti Classico DOCG. Fermented with maceration on the skins for 10 to 15 days, it then rests in French oak barrels for 12 months before ageing for another 6 months in the bottle.
