An intense ruby red in colour, with an inebriating, elegant olfactory bouquet containing aromatic notes of blackberry and blueberry, followed by herbal fragrances and eucalyptus, with tertiary notes of coconut and vanilla. Profound and voluminous in the mouth, with balanced acidity and an extremely persistent finish.

Ideal with wild game. Marvellous with stews and meat sauces, like all great wines it is also excellent drunk alone.

A marvellously elegant Cabernet Sauvignon evoking a whole series of sensations; powerful, without ever losing its control and freshness, inviting and delicious on the palate.
Fermentation begins in cement tanks, followed by 28 days of maceration on the lees. The wine rests 24 months in French and American oak barrels, followed by another 12 months of refinement in the bottle.
