Its color is a captivating ruby red, with suggestive nuances that shift between garnet red and brick. On the nose, it unveils a complex bouquet of red and black fruits like cherry, plum, and blackberry, intertwined with delicate floral notes of violet and rose. Gradually, layers of spices, leather, tobacco, and hints of underbrush emerge, bestowing an elegant aromatic depth to the wine. On the palate, it reveals itself with a full body, well-balanced acidity, and silky tannins, delivering a symphony of flavors reminiscent of ripe fruit, dried herbs, leather, tobacco, and a subtle mineral note, all culminating in an elegant and enduring finish.

This wine is best enjoyed with rich and hearty dishes such as grilled red meats, game meats, truffle-infused pasta, or aged cheeses like Pecorino. Its versatility allows it to complement a wide range of Italian and Mediterranean dishes.
