Description
A bright ruby red with violet reflections. Intense aromas of blackberry and blackcurrant over balsamic undertones. Structured and balanced in the mouth, guided by well-proportioned, velvety tannins, with great persistence and a pleasantly mineral finish.
Perfect with meat courses and intense, aromatic dishes.
Our Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG Vignalparco stands out for its complex aromas and structure in the mouth. 100% Sangiovese grapes from the two-hectare vineyard after which the wine is named, still grown with the precious contribution of eighty domestic geese, who naturally fertilise the soil, eat the grass between the vines and eliminate harmful insects. Like all our grapes, they are harvested strictly by hand. Fermented with maceration on the skins for 15 days, the wine ages for 24 months in second- or third-hand French oak tonneaux before ageing for another 6 months in the bottle. A wine to enjoy and remember!
